At The Abaya Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your abaya doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of delivery provided it is unworn and in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Place the abaya securely in its original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the inclusion of the original packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
